"I had a recent sudden screen issue with an older iPad 2. I emailed asking how much the repair would be. The owner responded with the quick easy fix I can do at home for this apparently common iPad 2 issue. It involves slapping the back of the iPad to "rest the PCD connector." I really appreciated her honesty and help. She could of just had me bring it in and charged me to "slap the back" of the iPad. It speaks volumes for her integrity! I will definitely refer friends and family to Jessa and her business"
