JESSA JONES Owner Jessa is the founder of iPad Rehab. With her PhD in molecular genetics, she works on the research side-- experimenting and testing to find solutions to new logic board repair problems. Her tenacity for finding faults is the reason our data recovery success rate is best in class. She is also the face of our YouTube presence and applies her unique teaching style as iPad Rehab Practical Board Repair School Lead Instructor. MARK SHAFFER Lead Microsoldering Technician & Training Instructor Mark’s magic hands allow him to execute stunning logic board precision microsurgeries at the micrometer level. He handles all of our Samsung and Android device data recoveries and is co-instructor for Practical Board Repair School.
SUNDAY THOMSON Business Manager Sunday is the front of the house at iPad Rehab. She once told me that she tries to ‘treat every customer like they are my very best friend.’ She has a vast knowledge of all the signature faults of major devices and is able to ask the right questions when you submit a repair request to be sure that your device needs a logic board repair before you send it in. Sunday handles new business development, media relations, and customer service. JEAN CAMPANY Microsoldering Technician Jean is a local microsoldering mom. She uses her training in electrical engineering to work on our general microsoldering queue with special expertise in micro-bga chip replacement. Jean’s incredible efficiency balances insures that straightforward repairs get rapid turnaround and back in the hands of the user.
CHRISTY DRYDEN Microsoldering Technician Christy is a local microsoldering mom. Her superpower is attention to detail and finding discrepancies. She balances our team so that our QA process identifies small problems so that repairs leave well-tested and get shipped to the exact destination address. Her special expertise is iPad charging system problems. CHRISTINE LAMONICA Christine is a local mom who applies her corporate experience in process management to continually seek ways to increase automation and efficiency of the mail-in repair process. She works part time for us and handles all of our intake, labeling, and matching incoming devices to our digital repair management system.
Sharon is our triage nurse in the logic board repair surgical suite. She does all of the device disassembly and reassembly insuring that we never have any extra screws after the repair.
